Looking for a friendly, clean and cat loving housemate to move into my flat in SE27.

The bedroom is a good size and comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, drawers and side table. In addition to the bedroom you will also have sole use of a small lounge area which is attached to the bedroom which has a comfy chair, TV, fridge and kettle.

The house is a Victorian conversion in the leafy SE27 area and is spread over 3 floors with high ceilings and lots of natural lights. The flat has its own front door and there is residential parking close by if needed. The kitchen includes a washing machine, hob, air fryer and microwave and the bathroom has a shower/ bath.

Shared spaces would include: kitchen, bathroom and living room.

Housemates:

Fran: I’m a theatre professional living and working in two cities (London & Leeds). I’m chilled, fun and looking for someone to share my home with, hopefully a bottle of wine and a tv series too. Due to my working pattern I am often away working so for 10 days within the month the flat would be solely yours as I would be working away.

Wilson & Wiggly: Two loving and cuddly house cats! Wilson (12) is a British Shorthair and Wiggly (7) is half bengal - they love snuggling up, chasing each other and trying to fool you that they haven’t been fed (I promise they have!). They are both very well behaved and don’t go outside. When I am away they have a cat sitter so you wouldn’t be expected to look after them, just be aware that a sitter will come to play and feed them.

Located close to local amenities this is the perfect space for someone looking to travel into the city but come home to a quiet and residential area with lots of pubs and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
