I'm moving out of a 3 bedroom flat and so I'm looking for a new flatmate to replace me.
Spacious flat by the river with large living room, great views, well-equiped kitchen (including dishwasher), dining area, lots of storage (both in the room and shared) and full ensuite bedrooms alongside a separate flat bathroom.
3 mintue walk to Westferry DLR station (which is 3 stops from Bank with services running every 3-4 minutes) and 12 minute walk to Canary Wharf tube station. 10 minute walk to Cabot square shopping centre. Short walk to Uber Boat dock.
The room is well insulated with great light from a large window, a large 3 door wardrobe, lovely ensuite bathroom with a large mirror (can be opened for more storage) and both heating and cooling through a ventilation system with a panel in the room.
Excellent building amenities including gated gardens, a concierge (great for mail reception and pickup), 24 hour security and a dedicated parking space. There is also a Virgin Active gym in the gardens with a pool and sauna (pictured).
The other 2 tenants that will be staying on are both professionals in their late 20's-30's. Great people to live with, very friendly, quiet and keep the flat nice and tidy. The current contract is due to end June 2025.
