Our flatmate is moving out of our 3 bedroom flat and so we're looking for a new flatmate as we renew the contract in June for a further 12 months.
Spacious flat by the river with large living room, great views, well-equiped kitchen (including dishwasher, gas stove and oven), dining area, lots of storage (both in the room and shared) and full ensuite bedrooms alongside a separate flat bathroom.
3 mintue walk to Westferry DLR station (which is 3 stops from Bank with services running every 3-4 minutes) and 12 minute walk to Canary Wharf tube station. 10 minute walk to Cabot square shopping centre. Short walk to Uber Boat dock.
The room is well insulated with great light from a large window, a large 3 door wardrobe, lovely ensuite bathroom with a large mirror (can be opened for more storage) and both heating and cooling through a ventilation system with a panel in the room.
Excellent building amenities including gated gardens, a concierge (great for mail reception and parcel pickup), 24 hour security and a dedicated parking space. There is also a Virgin Active gym in the gardens with a pool and sauna (pictured).
We are both professionals in our 30's. Great people to live with, very friendly, quiet and keep the flat nice and tidy.
