Hi! We're looking for someone to join our house in Poplar!
The room is a small but bright single bedroom (3m x 2m), overlooking the greenery at the back of the house. There's a wardrobe just outside the room.
The house has a shared living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a small garden, which is lovely when the weather is nice.
There are three of us living here at the moment and we're all good friends. We like spending time together, having dinners, watching films or just hanging out, but we also have our own lives and respect each other's space. Ideally we'd like someone who'd enjoy being part of the house rather than just renting a room, but obviously there's no pressure to always hang out!
We also have a very lovely cat who wanders around the house, but won't go into your room unless you let her.
The area is really quiet and residential, and we're right next to a green space, but also very well connected:
• 6 min walk to All Saints, Poplar and Westferry DLR stations
• 12 min walk to Canary Wharf Elizabeth line
• 15 min walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee line
Also:
• 10 min walk to Lidl
• 15 min walk to Waitrose and Canary Wharf shopping centre
