We have a lovely spacious room available in a town house located just off Lordship Lane.

The room is cosy and quiet with plenty of sunlight and privacy on the first floor and bathroom on the same floor. There's plenty of cupboard space with a big
wardrobe and set of drawers and another drawer space all IKEA furniture, well looked after, large desk and table lamp. You will share the house with myself and my 37 year old son (who often stays near where he works being long distance) when he's at home he goes out early and comes back very late so you will see very little of him. I'm away sometimes too. A professional or student would fit in well!

The area is wonderfully vibrant and diverse, offering a great mix of local culture, independent shops and many thriving independent cafe scene with a lively community atmosphere, and many fantastic green spaces. We are tucked away on a quiet residential street just off the main road. You’ll have the beautiful Lordship Recreation Ground right on your doorstep—perfect for morning runs, visiting the community hub cafe using the outdoor gym, or relaxing by the lake. Historic Bruce Castle Park is also just down the road.

Amenities & Transport: Excellent bus links run right along Lordship Lane 3 mins walk connecting you straight to Wood Green or Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line) or Bruce Grove and Tottenham High Road for the Overground and Victoria line. There's a great selection of local international supermarkets, cafes, and community gems like the Antwerp Arms

If you change your mind and back out, this £100 is non-refundable. On your move-in day, you will pay a final flat balance of £1,000. Short term can be anything from 2-15 months I'm flexible. NO SNORERS it’s a quiet house.

I'm vegetarian so its a pork-free kitchen (cooking other meats are fine). Every day the kitchen is free to use as I dont use it much, but lighter foods on Saturday like using microwave or oven is good, quick frying or say boiling an egg is helpful.

Three minutes walk to buses taking you to Wood Green or Turnpike Lane undergrounds on the Piccadilly Line taking 5 minutes on the bus or about 15 minutes walk. You can also get a bus to Bruce Grove overground about 5 minutes by bus. Approximately 30 minutes to centre of London from Undergrounds. Many small and large grocery shops/supermarkets, chemists, takeaways, restaurants and other amenities 3 minutes walk.
