Single Quiet and Cosy Room Short Term fast Wi-Fi

The room is cosy and quiet and plenty of sunlight with a bay window providing privacy on the ground floor with a view of the front garden and hedge. There's a wardrobe, desk and table lamp, bookshelf and a set of drawers in the room. You will share the house with another guest, myself and my 36 year old son, (you will see him very little as he works very long hours 24/7). The other guest is very quiet in another room above this room mainly working. A professional or student would fit in well. A reference is required..

Short term for about 2 to 5 months and see how the person fits in and possibly extend. NO SNORERS as it’s a town house so quiet person sought and no telephone calls after 11 in room. If you need to make calls after that time you're welcome to make calls in the kitchen next to the room.

No pork to be cooked and if you can microwave or use oven on Saturdays or very short cooking please plus no washing clothes on that day.

Three minutes walk to buses taking you to Wood Green or Turnpike Lane undergrounds on the Piccadilly Line taking 5 minutes on the bus or about 15 minutes walk. Approximately 40 minutes to centre of London., Many small and large grocery shops/supermarkets, chemists, takeaways, restaurants and other amenities 3 minutes walk.
