Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible to downstairs room in a two-floor appartment. Currently sharing with two other girls (both students). Room is very spacious for the area and walking distance to Whitechapel station (Elizabeth Line), Stepney Green station and all both Whitechapel and Mile End Queen Mary Campuses.

There is a grass area available only to tennants. Walking distant to small Tesco and Sainsbury's. Also walking distance to the hospital. Area is very family orientated and friendly.

Looking for a women (ideally a student but no preference) to rent the room long term. Rent is £866.66 (split evenly between tennants) not inluding bills. Gas and Electric bills fluctuate between £20-40 per month (depending on use). There is Wifi. Landlord company is very good and always comes to fix everything and very responsive.
