Whitechapel room £750 all bills, 1 st week FREE

I'm moving in with my girlfriend, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Whitechapel.

FIRST WEEK FREE: Your tenancy and rent start on 13 November, but you can move in a week early, on 6 November, at no cost. To do this, your paperwork and checks with the landlord need to be completed by 6 November.

£750 per month, ALL BILLS INCLUDED: Wi-Fi, utilities, council tax.

THE ROOM
Small but cosy and fully furnished, with a desk, two good shelves, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Lockable from inside and out - so you never have to worry about your possessions and privacy. 2x Complementry pillows also supplied.

THE FLAT
Kitchen, living room, garden, 3 toilets and 2 showers (decent water pressure too!), washing machine, and plenty of fridge and freezer space. I'll be sad to leave, as my flatmates are lovely (shoutout to Emdad, AK, Tommy and Carl!). Flatmates are all between 25-30 apart from one older gentleman who keeps to himself.

LOCATION
A 7 minutes' walk to Whitechapel station (google maps is wrong it's only 10 minutes if you walk like a snail): Elizabeth line, District, Hammersmith & City and Overground, so you're well connected to everywhere in London. Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf are just a couple of stops away.

- Corner shop 1 minute away (perfect for late-night ice cream)
- Quiet, safe street, with neighbours mostly families

LANDLORD
Responsive and fair. When the kitchen blind broke, it was fixed the next day.

Single occupancy. Standard referencing and right-to-rent checks apply, and a guarantor needed.

VIEWINGS
Weekdays 6:40pm to 10pm, and any time at the weekend. Message me to book a slot.
