Large ensuite, Modern (2019), Central, Pool table

Hi all!

NOTE: We are aiming for 2 males and 2 females for gender balance, so we are only looking for a girl to move into this room currently. We are also looking for personality matches in our home, so please include information about yourself :).

Rent as mentioned here does include all bills (except our cleaner which is an extra 34/month per person, but she comes twice a month and cleans every room/bathroom top to bottom), and some small additional cost for our extras (cleaning fluids, toilet paper, etc).

The house is very big as you can see and has:
- All 4 bedrooms have their own ensuite
- Living / Dining / Kitchen Area (Dishwasher etc all here)
- Second Living Room in basement (Has Pool table, full lounge set-up, great for hosting drinks, chilling out, or watching movies).
- Guest Toilet on the Ground Floor
- Garden / Patio with BBQ

The house has 4 large bedrooms which all have their own en-suite bathrooms inc shower and toilet, so you never have to share, and no queueing up to shower in the morning!

The location is pretty premium - few mins walk from Brick Lane, Whitechapel tube/overground, Leadenhall market, etc. Commute into central (Lizzy/District line) or to Hackney (Windrush overground) takes no time at all.

We are also a fairly social house, not a constant party house, but we do throw one big party every few months, and it's absolutely fine to have friends over for drinks etc on short notice. We all have our own busy lives, but do get along + hang out when our schedules align.

THE ROOM (£1280)

Reasonably sized double room which comes furnished.
Has double bed + storage underneath, 1 bedside table, a table + chair, and a very large wardrobe.
The rest of the furniture/plants are mine, however as I am moving overseas I am prepared to sell most of them on if there's interest.
