1.200.00 for one person, 1,300.00 for two people per calendar month with ALL BILLS INCLUDED ON PRICE. Council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV licence, broadband and for your comfort cleaning lady twice per week to clean the common areas of the house. For your peace of mind all cleaning materials are included on price plus dish washer, sponges bin liners for the month.

LOCATION, 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Willesden Green underground station ( zone 2, Jubilee Line, or Dollis Hil zone 3).
5 minutes from Willesden bus garage all transport to central London and trains connections around. Overground in Kensal Rise, 25 minutes walking. Many buses.

There are parks, shops, supermarkets, library, Willesden Sport Center, cafes, restaurantes, pubs, all you need around and above for a comfortable living.
