Very large part furnished double room

We are looking for a mature, female flatmate for long term rent.

The room for rent is a large double room with bay window on the ground floor in a large Victorian house. You have your own toilet, across the hallway from the bedroom which is for your use only and the shower is upstairs in the communal bathroom. We have a decent sized garden and share the living room and kitchen.

The house is in North West London, 4 minutes walk from Dollis Hill tube station, which is on the Jubilee line. In 15 minutes you are at Bond street. We have good connections, at West Hampstead you have connections to the Overland and to the Thames link railway which connects you to Gatwick and Luton. You can also bus it to Cricklewood and jump onto the Thames Link train from there too.
Willesden’s Green tube station is approximately 22 minutes walk.
Local amenities: we have a petrol station down the road, a pharmacy, a green grocers, 2 corner shops and a local restaurant. Busses to Lidl, Tesco etc.

We are two ladies sharing this house. We have both been living here for approximately 12 years. Our recent long term flatmate moved out and we are looking for another long term flatmate. This is not a party house, we enjoy our peace and quiet and would like to find a like minded person to join this house.

Rent is £1150 per calendar month, with one month’s rent as deposit.
All bills are included in the rent including council tax.
