Small functional room, comes furnished just like in the pictures, big windows, high ceiling which makes the space ''breathe''.

One bathroom to share with 2 other rooms. A cleaner comes fortnightly.

-Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

- Rear patio with large garden
Bills: 100-150 including council tax

We're looking for someone reliable and respectful (sorry not a party house).
