Homeshare Opportunity - Free Room exchange

Double room for rent as a lodger, part furnished. Available within in a very mature shared household in which a 90 plus year old lady resides. Single occupancy only, no overnight guests. We seek a lodger looking for a quiet stay. We are offering free room in exchange for up to 15 hours per week for companionship (cups of tea and talk) and when required at times any light household and help duties (cook, clean, shopping).

Utility Contribution of £15 a week (£60 a month max) and one-off security deposit of £200. Mature students preferred or those who can be available to have home based commitment as their main priority.
