Homeshare Opportunity - Free Room exchange

Double room for rent as a lodger, part furnished. Available within in a very mature shared household in which a 90 plus year old lady. Single occupancy only, no overnight guests. We seek a lodger looking for a quiet stay. Mature students preferred in exchange for up to 15 hours a week for companionship (cups of tea and talk) and if required at times any light household help duties (cook, clean, shopping).
Utility Contribution of £15 a week and one-off security deposit of £200.
