You’d be sharing with me and my two very friendly house cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats. They’re affectionate, sociable and very much part of the household.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, a comfortable double bedroom and a private back garden. Permit on-street parking is available.
