Cute bedsit in flat: £730 cutest dog 50% of time

Comfy fresh room, is available 8 Aug 26.. sharing with female owner who travels quite a bit of the year probably 40 to 50%… and one other guy who works alot! She has a beautiful dog who is the most loving, adorable little guy!!

What can I say the little bedsit …it is beautiful - proper comfy mattress but also doubles as a bedsit room !! Large garden and parking on driveway free! Also storage area for bicycle

Pretty much single use of the master bathroom, which has a shower and a bath… (Any visitor to the house may occasionally use that bathroom)

Edwardian style flat with 3 bathrooms, 3 bed and new fitted dining kitchen/diner, with washer/dryer and all mod coms. perfect locale for west end, and notting hill only 2.5 miles away. Bus stops either end of the road. All Bills* included.


There will be 3 people, including this bedroom. The owner resides in the property for part of the year and also goes traveling for three months or more in the winter. as we would look for some dog sitting maybe once or twice a week in the evening this would only require the dog to be taken into the garden and kept an eye on in the house…. actually this is so relaxing… He’s the most loving, relaxing, cockapoo and he’s adorable hypoallergenic so no hair shedding. We also ask that you could take a turn of Cleaning on a weekly basis ,between three of us. So once every three weeks just the communal areas. Must be clean and tidy and respect other people‘s privacy in this quiet, friendly household.
9 mins walk to willesden junction overground and 5min to harlesden station (bakerloo line). 13 min tube ride into Paddington, 20min to oxford circus. Only a mile from Kensil Green/Rise bars/ restaurants etc good for getting about easily and good amenities on quiet, nice street.

Depo £350 and one month up front plus employer job confirmation and character or landlord ref required. available 30 Sep. House is friendly and quiet. Owner is currently away
