Lovely double room in pretty apartment

Hi!
We are looking for a new flatmate for our spare room in a 3 bed flat in Willesden Green. The flat is on the first floor with a big kitchen and shared living room space. The room available is big, facing the street and is very bright with large windows to let in lots of light. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.
Because of this, ideally we would like another woman to live with, or someone from the LGBTQI+ community as our flat is a queer safe space. You must also be cat friendly as we share the space with our unofficial flatmate Lenny!
Olga has lived here for 5 years and is originally from Greece. She is an artist, queer person, working in theatre and performance and works from home most days. She enjoys cooking, yoga, exercise and the outdoors, as well as going to performances and exhibitions. Eilisha has been here one year, originally from Ireland and works in the gaming industry with a background in film/tv. Some hobbies include gaming, going to the cinema, and occasionally going to metal gigs.
We enjoy living with people that have common interests and habits. The house is a quiet, respectful place as we are both introverted and would appreciate someone likeminded. Keeping things clean and tidy is a very important aspect of it. We are looking for someone with a similar attitude to share this lovely space and enjoy life in it!
The location of the flat is great, 8 mins walk from Willesden Green tube station and Dollis Hill station as well on the Jubilee Line. Very good connection with buses, too. The neighbourhood is very pretty with trees, nice architecture and very safe. There are some parks around for walks and running, shops, cafes and restaurants. A big Sainsbury’s is 5 mins walk from the house, which is very handy.
