I am advertising a double bedroom in a beautiful, recently converted Willesden Green flat. This ground-floor property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large shared living room, kitchen and dining area, a private garden with direct access from the living room, and a home office. The flat is a very large living space for 2 people, and has a serene, peaceful atmosphere with modern décor and premium appliances. The building is conveniently located in a leafy, residential street less than five minutes’ walk to Willesden Green tube station, shops, cafés and restaurants. There is easy access to central London (15 minutes on the Jubilee Line). We are between Gladstone Park and Queen’s Park, each around a 20-25 minute walk; it’s also possible to take a 5 minute bus to Queen’s Park. Parking is not available at the property or via permit. The flat is in council tax band E.

The monthly rent is £1100, which includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, a 29-year-old woman working in the arts (theatre) and tutoring. I have a background in charity and social care work, and am a friendly, respectful person who enjoys meeting new people and making friends.

I’m looking to rent to a woman between the ages of 27 and 33. Someone kind, considerate and communicative – ideally who enjoys a good chat/ laugh and is up for hanging out, while respecting each other’s space. I have varied interests including reading, music, poetry/spoken word (performing as well as writing), cooking, eating out, activism, movies, travelling/ languages, and am a creative and thoughtful person. I mostly work from home, and work part-time hours due to a health condition.
