I will be moving out of my room to take up accommodation at UCL this autumn and am looking for someone to take over from 18th September. You will take over my share of a contract that runs until 13th May 2026, with a break clause that comes into effect on 14th November.
The apartment is a penthouse on the top floor of a brand new mansion block in Willesden Green. We are the first tenants in the apartment so everything is brand new and furnished. Open plan, parquet floors, large panoramic windows with lots of light, double glazing, and a balcony that extends around the entire apartment. There is also a private terrace and garden that belongs to the apartment building and concierge in the lobby.
The room is the smallest of 3 rooms and comes with a single bed and bedside tables. I have had my large desk in the room and wardrobe outside, but whoever takes over can move the wardrobe in if they want a smaller desk.
The flat is shared with two guys, one works as a professor at UCL in Artificial Intelligence and the other in M&As.
The rent is £1,100 per month excluding bills. Reference checks will be required by the landlord.
The flat is 5 minutes from Willesden Green tube station and there is both a large park and Sainsburys within 5 minutes walking distance.
