We have a lovely room to let out in a spacious and bright 2 double bedroom modern refurbished Victorian flat.
The flat is a few minutes walk from Willesden Green Jubilee Line underground station (Zone 2 and 3 boundary), multiple bus links, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

My mother solely occupies the other bedroom.

Shared use of a spacious beautifully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen with all the mod cons, modern bathroom with a walk in rain shower etc.
Use of super fast WIFI and some bills included.
Use of Bosch Washing machine and Bosch tumble dryer available in a separate utility cupboard.

The room to let is a double room with a large wardrobe for storage.

Suitable for 1 person only, female preferred, as the live-in landlord is female. Also non smoker, non pet owner and vegetarian/vegan preferred.

£650 pcm including some bills.
