Looking for a flatmate in Willesden Green!

Hiyaa, we are looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely house in NW!

It’s a semidetached former family home, about a 12 minute walk from both Willesden Green & Cricklewood, and close to Gladstone Park. The house has 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. There’s a big garden that we like to take care of (though it gets a bit wild in autumn/winter). It includes a shed in the back that offers loads of storage space. There are two large common spaces: kitchen/scullery (dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and pretty much everything else you’d need!) & living room with tv, fireplace and ample couches.

The room for rent is on the first floor and is furnished (we have lots of spare furniture to use as well!). Can send pictures/videos of the room and the rest of the house on request!

Housemates:
6 in total. All late 20s early 30s, a mix of British, German, and Dutch.
Sara - works in TV production
Georgi - works in Theatre
Vera - works as a Data Scientist
Eva- PhD student in Music
Flo - PhD student in Economic History

Vibe:
We are a very social house and regularly hang out together in the evenings and on weekends, watch movies, have dinner together, listen to music, play boardgames. Keen for someone who would enjoy that dynamic, but of course we’re respectful of people’s space, privacy & own lives. We host parties now and again; the garden in summer is great for this. Politically we’re all liberal & left/centre-left, and we’re a queer-friendly household. We have been a mixed-house before, so have no gender preferences (although currently there are 5 girls living in the house). We like to think of ourselves as progressive and inclusive, and mostly cozy homebodies!

Expenses:
Rent is 653.83 (including council tax). Other expenses (utilities, wifi, toilet paper) paid by different housemates and then expensed on Splitwise. We split the costs of a fortnightly cleaner who tidies the common areas, vacuums & mops etc, which is well worth it. New housemates take over the deposit by paying the leaving housemate £795.
