The living room is open plan with the kitchen linked - it is a beautiful, large, light space. Large bathroom. A balcony to relax. The flat has a calm, peaceful, clean and tidy atmosphere which I would like to to maintain.

You are an independent, respectful person and mindful of privacy, whilst being friendly and sociable when other people are home.

You are mature, trustworthy and reliable - either a professional person or a student - to share my home. You are calm and quiet in personality, enjoy some social events (e. g. chat over a drink or even a meal) as well as your own space. You like a clean, tidy environment and will help keep the shared areas (kitchen, bathroom and hallway/stairs) clean after your use.

I am away from home for work and family reasons, so I need someone whom I can responsible and trustworthy. When at the flat occasionally, I enjoy relaxing, am flexible, have a positive outlook. I enjoy the arts, food, cooking and a peaceful life.
