Single & Double Rooms for Female in Raynes Park

Hi everyone, we seek a female housemate to join our house share.

We have a spacious house in Wimbledon/ Raynes Park:

A double bedroom (725£) and a single (600£) includes all bills.

Available on the 1st floor from the Dec’25

We prefer long-term stays, but we can also consider short-term ones. We have a flexible agreement!

The rent includes all the bills!

The house has 2 bathrooms, shower and separate toilet, large kitchen with 3 fridges, living room, garden, shed for extra storage, swimming pool and more ;)

The location is ideal for people working at St. Georges Hospital, Kingston University, or travelling to Sutton and Surrey or central London. The trains take only 20 minutes to get to the city centre.

We are looking for a professional or a cool student to share the house with us. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space and privacy, especially since we are all easy-going, sociable and friendly people ;)
