4 week let/cat sit in Wimbledon (17 Dec -13th Jan)

Four week cat sit/ rental in a stunning 1 bed flat with off street parking and a garden. Open plan lounge and kitchen which opens out on to the garden, as does the bedroom. The cat is a very friendly, self-sufficient outdoor cat, so no litter tray and he has an automatic feeder and water fountain, so very low maintenance.
Price includes ALL bills (council tax, water, gas/elec, sky and broadband and garden waste collection).
No deposit but the four weeks rent will need to be paid upfront.
