Sunny south facing double room - it's bigger than the photos suggest! Large private bathroom including waterfall shower over bath, and plenty of storage space. My bedroom is self contained on the top floor so there is a lot of privacy for both of us.

Great for commuters: 8min walk to Colliers Wood tube (Northern Line), 8min walk to Haydons Road station, 20min walk/5min bus to Wimbledon station. Also perfect for anyone working at St George's Hospital—15mins walk away.

· resident on-street parking permits and guest tickets available from the council; public pay and display nearby too
· Cats welcome, and dogs too (I'd just want to meet them ahead of time). My last two flatmates had dogs and we got on great - secure balcony and garden, and you'd always have a live-in dog sitter! 😹 Happy to discuss deposit and cleaning at viewings.

About me: I work from home most of the week and cook a lot. Love reading on the balcony on a sunny day and travelling when I can. I'm open and respectful of all cultures and backgrounds, and over the years I've lived with and got on well with flatmates from all walks of life.
