Double bedroom with kitchenette available in a terraced house. The bedroom comes unfurnished, however, current housemate is happy to sell furniture for £150 if you need and there is lots of space for additional furniture. The room is very light and airy, and is a perfect home for plants! The kitchenette includes an oven, fridge, hob, extractor fan and sink for your own personal use. The house also has a garage, which is useful for additional storage. Rent includes all bills, as well as a weekly cleaner. Move in date is flexible and subject to open rent reference checks that we can sort with the landlord.

Transport: less than 5-minute walk to Wimbledon Station and 15-20-minute walk to South Wimbledon.
Shops: Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, Little Waitrose and Tesco Express are all within a 5-minute walk.
Restaurants: Great pubs, brunch and dinner spots within walking distance. (20 min walk to Wimbledon Village and the Common).
Community: Fortunate to have some lovely neighbours along the street that often like to socialise together.

We are all working professionals, working from home around 2 days per week. In our spare time we enjoy socialising over dinner/drinks/netflix, cooking, music and films.
