Description
Two of our housemates are moving out, so we’re looking for some friendly professionals to join our home!
We have two rooms available (All bills included, except internet):
Room 1 (large double): £800 per month - Move in: 1st Nov
Room 2 (smaller double): £700 per month - Move in: 20th Oct
We’re a relaxed, sociable house of young professionals (25–30, one female and two males). We like spending time together, whether that’s sharing a film, a chat in the kitchen, or the odd drink in the garden, but we also respect each other’s space and keep things quiet at unsociable hours.
The house has a conservatory and a private garden, which we make good use of for hanging out.
We do like to keep things clean and tidy, so everyone takes a turn on our weekly rota (non-negotiable, it works well for us!).
