Double Room available - Wimbledon

Hi there

I’m looking to sublet a double room in my flat, available from late November or early December. The room comes furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. The wardrobe for the room is located just outside the room but is easily accessible and solely for your use. There’s also a desk available for your setup in the living room. I don’t usually work from home, so the living room is quiet and perfect for you to use.
Rent including bills: £850

The flat is around 15 minutes from Wimbledon Station and about a 10-12 minute walk to Wimbledon Village, It’s a bit of a walk, but if you don’t mind walking, it’s a pleasant route with access to shops and transport links.

A Little About Me:

I’m 23 and work in the city, rarely working from home. I’m friendly and sociable, and I’m looking for a housemate who is also friendly, easygoing, and doesn’t mind keeping the flat tidy with me. I’d be happy to have a drink or meal, but also respect personal space.
