Spacious Ensuite Room in Wimbledon

Hi everyone! I am looking for a new flatmate to join a modern and spacious flat in Wimbledon / Haydons Road, as my current housemate is moving out. The available room is a great-sized double with its own ensuite, offering plenty of space and privacy.

The flat itself is open, bright, and easy to live in. It has a large open-plan kitchen and living area, which makes it a great space for cooking or relaxing in the evenings, as well as a balcony. There’s also an additional main bathroom in the flat, so you’re not relying solely on the ensuite.

The location is really convenient. Haydons Road station is just a 4-minute walk away, with Wimbledon station around 15 minutes on foot. You’re also about 15 minutes from Colliers Wood (Northern line) and Wimbledon Park (District line), so it’s well connected whichever way you’re heading. There’s a Lidl and a local gym, both within a 5-minute walk, along with everything else you’d need nearby.

I’m 23 and work in marketing. I enjoy cooking, staying active, and generally keeping busy during the week. The flat is kept clean and well looked after and has a relaxed, comfortable feel to it.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate, and easy to live with. It’s nice to have the occasional chat or shared meal, but equally, everyone has their own routine and space. Open to anyone who’s respectful and easy to get on with.

Bills are not included and are split monthly.
