🏡Large Double Room Available in Wimbledon

Hey!

Our lovely flatmate is heading off travelling 🌍, so we’re looking for someone to join our three-bed house in Wimbledon and make it their home 🏡
(This is a tenancy takeover not a sublet).

📅 Move-in date: Flexible - any time between 28th September and 11th October, so we can work around you 💖

The house has everything you could want:
✨ Large double bedroom
🍳 Spacious open plan kitchen & living room
🌿 Big garden
📦 Loads of storage + a large outdoor shed
🚆 4-minute walk to Wimbledon station (District line + quick frequent trains into central London)

🚿 Bathroom: You’d share with just Lula.

🛏️ Furniture: The bedroom is currently furnished. The previous tenant is happy to sell her one year old bed and mattress, and dressing table together for £200 if wanted but there’s no obligation to buy them.

Who you’ll be living with: Anna and Lula, both 25 👯‍♀️.
I’m an adult nurse at St George’s and Anna works in retail in Chelsea. We’re both friendly, sociable and love going out for drinks, plus the occasional rave for me 😂🪩

Who were looking for: Similar age to us, we’d love someone with a laidback vibe who’s up for being sociable, having a laugh/drink together, watching something on the sofa or occasionally doing something together 🍷🍝✨. We want the house to feel like a proper little home, rather than three people who just happen to share a kitchen!

That said, we both have our own lives and work different hours, so we’re also really respectful of each other’s space and downtime 🧘‍♀️. We keep the house clean and tidy for one another and are looking for someone considerate who naturally does the same. Preferably not someone who wfh full time.

💷 Rent: £1,130 per month
💡 Bills: Approximately £150 per month
