Double room available in Wimbledon from 28th Sept

Hey!!
My flatmate is going travelling so we have a double bedroom available in a 3 bed house in Wimbledon.

We’ve got a big open-plan kitchen/living room, a large garden, loads of storage and a big shed outside for extra storage. The house is a 4 min walk from Wimbledon station (district line/ trains into London).

Your room will be a large double sharing the bathroom with just me!

The room is currently furnished, but the previous tenant owns the bed, mattress ( both a year old ) and dressing table and is happy to sell all of it for £200 if you want it.

You’d be living with myself and Anna.

I’m a nurse at George’s and Anna works in retail in Fulham. We’re both sociable and friendly, but equally respect eachothers downtime. Would be lovely to live with someone who’s up for being friends and hanging out, having a drink etc!

We both work shifts/ different hours, so keep the house clean and tidy for each other, mindful to put our things away etc. Looking for someone who’s the same and wants the house to feel like a home!

This week we can do viewings 27/08, 28/08 and 29/08.

£1130 a month + approx. £150 bills.
