A large double room with loads of storage space

A large double bedroom with tons of storage space overlooking a park.

This is a room in a large 5 bedroom house. We are a couple living here with our infant (less than a year old). We sleep 2nd/top floor and the rental room is on 1st floor. The other rooms on the first floor are used as our offices. My husband and I both WFH. Our child sleeps through the night so you dont need to worry about him waking you up. He also sleeps in a room at the opposite end of the house. We are in the process of rearranging our living room hence no pictures of the rest of the house.

The bathroom would be part shared. We use the top floor bathroom most of the time.

As we have an infant we are looking for someone quieter and that works on location as we both WFH. We are friendly and always up for a chat in the evening. We love the occasional BBQ in the garden on weekends. In our house this can be year round as long as it is not raining.

We live with a cat and a dog so we would ideally want people who like pets. The dog is a very friendly cocker spaniel who will make you feel welcome. The cat is a sassy lady.

Bills included: Wifi, Gas, Electricity, water, tv licence, netflix, apple tv, amazon prime and a cleaner (once a week). If a couple enquire please note it will be an additional £100pm for additional bills.
