Rent is £1,100 pcm, excluding bills. Deposit is £1,269. Minimum stay is 6 months, with no maximum stay. Single occupancy only.

You would be sharing with one male working professional. We are looking for another working professional who is quiet, respectful and easy to live with, and who is happy to help keep the shared areas clean and tidy and maintain the flat in its current condition. No smoking and no pets.

I am the current tenant and am moving out, so I am looking for a replacement tenant. The new tenant will go through referencing and be formally added to the tenancy through the letting agent.
