I’m looking for someone to take over my room on a monthly rolling contract from Oct. 17th. It’s a double room in shared house ( 4 rooms / 2 bathrooms) in Wimbledon, SW19. You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 others ( 1 male, 1 female) as another room has an en-suite.

This flat would suit a male or female professional looking to live in Wimbledon. We are looking for someone who has their own life but is also happy to socialise and to treat this place like a home. It is a quiet house rather than a party flat. The existing tenants are 1 female, 2 males.

A short 5 minute walk from South Wimbledon tube station (Northern line)
