Looking for two girls to fill two rooms in a gorg 4-bed house in Wimbledon 🎾⭐️🏠💖

🏠The House

Room 1 - biggest room in the house, comes furnished with bed frame, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Gets some seriously gorgeous light in the afternoon. £975 per month.

Room 2 - smaller cosy double room on the 3rd floor comes furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe & drawers. £900 per month.

🧾 bills - £150 per month
💰 deposit - £1111 per person (spare room won’t let me put that but deposit was split equally by tenants when moving in)

You’d be sharing the main bathroom between 3 of you (1x existing housemates and 2x newbies!) which is huge and kitted out with shower AND separate bath (luxury) as well as loads of storage.

🚂Transport
The house is a 6 mins walk from Wimbledon station (District Line, Trains to Clapham J, Waterloo etc, Trams, Thameslink) and a 10-12mins walk to South Wimbledon station for the Northern line (where, in 2 years, I have ALWAYS got a seat).

You can get to Waterloo in 15mins from main Wimbledon station, as well as Clapham junction in 8mins.

💖The Housemates

You’d be living with Leah (26) and Lydia (26). The girls both work in the city with ~2days ish wfh. Both are social, with a love of pub trips, the gym, art, baking and all the usual interests of mid-20s gals living in SW London.
