Double Room in Friendly Wimbledon House | £775 pcm

£775 pcm + bills | 5 mins to South Wimbledon tube | Available by 12 December (earlier possible)

I'm moving out after buying my own place, so we're looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely modern townhouse in a quiet, gated courtyard.

I've really enjoyed living here, and it's a great house with a genuinely nice group of people.

The house

The house is modern, spacious and well equipped, with:

Separate kitchen with dining table, two fridges and everything you need

Gated courtyard setting

Off-street permit parking

Just 5 minutes' walk to South Wimbledon tube and around 10 minutes to Wimbledon station

The room

A good-sized double room with fitted wardrobes.

Technically unfurnished, but I'm happy to leave the bed and chest of drawers if they're wanted, so there's flexibility depending on what you need.

The bathroom is shared with two other housemates.

The housemates

You'll be joining three professional guys aged 30–34. One is a Business Studies teacher, one works in professional tennis and the other is an engineer.

Everyone's into sport, particularly golf, and it's a really friendly, relaxed household.

We get on well and occasionally hang out together, but we're equally happy doing our own thing. It's definitely not a party house, but it's not one of those house shares where nobody speaks to each other either!

Ideally, we're looking for another sociable professional in their late 20s or 30s who'll fit into the house. Everyone's welcome, and being a golfer is absolutely not a requirement!

Rent: £775 per month

Deposit: £750

Bills: Approximately £150 per month, to be confirmed

Available: 12 December 2026 or earlier.

Furniture: Bed and drawers can stay if wanted
