Description
I’m looking to rent out the top floor of my house on a weekday only let (ideally Monday to Thursday). The house is in great condition and a fab location with easy walking distance to Wimbledon station (12 min walk), South Wimbledon (18 min walk) as well as Wimbledon Park (15 min walk).
I’m a 37 year old woman who enjoys keeping fit, socialising and watching sports. I want the person who moves in to feel this is their second home (you can leave your clothes etc in the room on weekends) and you’re welcome to use the shared living room etc.
