The room is fully furnished.
The communal areas are clean, well maintained, and equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.
No security deposit is required. However, the following payments apply:
- A £250 holding deposit is required to secure the room. This amount will be deducted from your final balance.
- Once the holding deposit has been received, you will be asked to submit your documents via email.
- You will then be invited to visit our office to complete the following payments:
- A one-off payment of £250, which contributes towards utility bills for the duration of your stay.
- A £50 key deposit, refundable upon check-out.
Payment options:
- Rent can be paid either every two weeks or monthly.
- As no security deposit is taken, we require either:
- The first and last two weeks’ rent, or
- The first month’s rent plus the final two weeks’ rent.
After the third month, if you choose to continue on a rolling contract, no further utility contributions will be required.
We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills and are offered to maintain a high standard of living.
All current flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful. We aim to maintain a household of a similar standard.
To arrange a viewing promptly, please provide:
- Your earliest possible move-in date
- Your email address and contact number
- Your preferred date and time for the viewing
- Confirmation of your current employment status
We will then provide the full property address and further details regarding the accommodation process.
