Hello!! We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a lovely room in our all girls house in Wimbledon Park. Available from the end of October ( can be flexible on the exact date to suit you!). Perfect if you’re new to London and want to land in a fun, welcoming house. 💛
📍 Location
5 min walk to Wimbledon Park (District line)
10-15 min walk to Earlsfield (South Western Railway)
156 and N87 buses stop a minute from our door and run 24 hours, so getting home from a night out is easy
Super safe area, and there’s a cute pub literally across the road 🍻
Aldi and every other kind of supermarket within walking distance
Clapham, Wandsworth, Fulham are really easy to get to for nights out
💷 Rent
£805/month, all bills included (except wifi). Heating and hot water are covered, which is a big win for winter!

👯‍♀️ The house
We’re three girls in our mid 20s with a really sociable, easygoing vibe. Our nights are a mix of chilling in and watching a trashy reality TV show, or heading to the pub or into town.
Amie (23) is a scientist working locally in Tooting. She loves live music and is always off to punk gigs or DJ sets (UK garage, jungle, techno). Always up for a night out or exploring somewhere new in London, and just as happy going on a long walk.
Holly (25) works in recruitment in the City. Super sociable, always up for the pub, and a die hard reality TV fan (Traitors, Big Brother, Casualty are all on rotation). Also loves running.
Bea (24) works for a charity and plays hockey. She’s into running, cooking and arts and crafts, so the house is usually full of good smells or a craft project in progress.

Our current housemate Hannah is only moving to be closer to work and is heartbroken to leave.
