Double Room in Wimbledon Village Flat

I’m Simon, 30 and I’m looking for a flatmate to join me for the next year.

My girlfriend is moving to New York for a year, so we’re looking for someone to move into our spare room while she’s away. She’ll be returning after the year, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy with a one-year arrangement.

I’m friendly, easy-going and into sport and I’m keen to find someone who is clean, tidy. respectful of the flat and sociable!

The room is unfurnished (although there’s currently a sofa bed in there as a temporary measure for any new flatmate). The room shown in the second picture is the room available.

The flat is in Wimbledon Village and is a 5 minute walk down the hill to Wimbledon overground station

Rent: £1,050 pcm
Bills: Approximately £150 pcm
Heating: Included in the rent, so the flat stays nice and warm during the winter.

Ideal move-in date: Weekend of 10th/11th October, although I can be flexible for the right person.
