A home, not a SpareRoom. Short term let, inc bills

A double room, overlooking the garden, sharing all living spaces, kitchen, dining room, garden etc - really quiet home, no traffic noise.

The room is available only on a short term let basis, max 2/3 months but could possibly be extended.

I’m super flexible when it comes to durations of stay, so it works for both of us.

You’d be sharing with a sociable, tidy, considerate, guy, who would respect your privacy and space and would also be up for a catch up, chat over a drink should we both want to!

Ideally, you’d be respectful of the property and want to live in a quiet, “home” environment.

Apologies - this place isn’t suitable if you work from home.

I’m also open to a Monday-Friday type let and we could negotiate a suitable monthly payment depending on days here etc.
