A home, not a spare room (including all bills)

Hello, I have a room available - from the 23rd of May or possibly a few days before to rent in my home in Wood Green.

My home (and maybe yours too if you move in) is really close to the tube and about a 5 min walk to the train station at Alexandra Palace.

The room itself is a small double, it comes furnished and overlooks the garden, in a really quiet home, there is minimal external noise, EG, traffic

You’d be sharing with me, Par. I’m a professional guy, like most people, busy at work in the week and this would be your home and not a spare room, where previously it has been good to catch up with flatmates from time to time over some food or whatever and equally where there’s space to switch off and do your own thing.

The vibe here is laid back and easy going.
It’s a “homely” house and not a bedsit type of arrangement or atmosphere.

The rent includes all bills and obviously use of all shared rooms in the house.

I would also consider a Monday-Friday type let and would adjust the rent if you’re interested in that we can come to a suitable rental agreement
