A home from home -sharing a house with me - Par

The room is a double, overlooking the garden and it is really quiet - no traffic noise etc.

The house is very close to Wood Green tube and Alexandra Palace rail station (Great Northern line) into the City

My ideal flatmate would be respectful of the property, tidy, sociable/friendly and considerate

If you work from home then this place isn’t suitable- apologies.
