Lovely room inclusive of all bills

Must love dogs! I have to put that first as I have a dog so the new lodger must be ok with dogs. The bed and linen are all brand new. It’s a lovely bright room on a leafy street. You can have access to the rest of the house. There is a new kitchen and extension so plenty of room. There are 2 loos so you’ll never get caught short! There is parking but you will need a permit. The cost will depend on the car which you can check on Haringey Council website. Overnight guests by prior arrangement only. It’s a 12 minute walk to Wood Green station is zone 3 and on the Piccadilly line as is the high street which has everything you need. Ally Pally is just a 20 minute walk.
Must be tidy and clean. This is a quiet, calm home. I will consider someone who wants Mon-Fri lodgings only.
