We're after a third housemate to join our beautiful Victorian end-of-terrace in Wood Green

Approx. £200 bills - 99 council tax, 100 everything else sometimes less

🏡 The room & house
Your room would be the largest in the house, with a lovely view over our private garden. Comes furnished or unfurnished — your choice. The house also has a shed, two bathrooms, and bags of character throughout.

🚞 Transport

Wood Green station is 10 mins from the house, 15-20 mins in to Central London

There's a bus stop 5 mins away that gets you into East London easily.

📍Location
We're on a lovely tree-lined street, round the corner from a Tesco, Ally Pally is close by if you want a walk, a view, or a market on the weekend. Lots of cute spots to hang out in the evenings in Wood Green including a really cool local bus bar that has become our local.

You have Crouch End and Muswell Hill just a short bus ride away with lovely cafes and pubs as well.

✨ Who we are

We're a gal and a gay with two diva cats.

Hajer (28) — Iraqi-Aussie writer and film producer. She’s passionate about art and culture and is developing a creative platform for Iraqi creatives to connect globally. She loves a boogie, theatre, and her silly chatty cat Mei Mei.

Laith (25) — office manager, aspiring Real Housewife, lives for interior decorating, organising, charity shopping and a boozy brunch. Adores his sassy cat Betty (also known as Fionnuala/dolly/pickles)

We love music, cooking together, a good yap, spontaneous dancing in the living room, watching tv after a long day at work. We each have our own friends nearby that we see most weeks and spend lots of evenings just doing our own thing too.

Who we're looking for
Someone fun, kind, responsible and chill. Bonus if you love cats and want to live somewhere that feels a bit more like a home than just a place to sleep 💫
