Room with own kitchen

The room is located on the upper floor of a house.
There are currently two other housemates living on the upper floor, making a total of three bedrooms. The room advertised comes with its own private kitchen, as the bedroom and kitchen are located right next to each other.

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The other two housemates use the kitchen downstairs, where the landlady also lives. She is a lovely, quiet lady and has her own private bathroom on the ground floor.

The current tenant of this room has lived here for five years, and the rest of us have also been living here for more than 7 years. This is a place we truly consider home, and we are looking for someone who will treat it with the same respect.

We are looking for a quiet, respectful, and very clean housemate. Cleanliness is extremely important to us. We have clear house rules, including cleaning the shared bathroom twice a week, and we always make sure it is kept clean and tidy.

There are no other shared living spaces apart from the bathroom and the staircase. There is no shared living room. However, the tenant renting this room will have their own private kitchen, with enough space for a dining table where they can comfortably eat, study, or work. Laundry room is shared and located in ground floor.

One important house rule is that we do not allow regular overnight guests. This means that partners or friends cannot stay over on a frequent or ongoing basis.
Of course, everyone is welcome to have a friend or family member stay for a few days (around 4–5 days) a couple of times a year. However, this is not a house where partners or friends can stay overnight on a regular basis.

The main reason for this rule is that we all share one bathroom, and we want everyone to have enough privacy and time to get ready for work in the mornings. We have found that this arrangement works very well and helps keep the house peaceful and comfortable for everyone.
