Bright spacious room in Wood Green for women

Hi! We’re currently looking for a female flatmate for a 28th November move-in date.

This lovely spacious room is part of a 3-bedroom flat that is just 10ish minutes away from Wood Green Station and its bustling mall/high street. The central location means that there’s plenty of public amenities, and gives you a convenient route into Central London via the Piccadilly Line.

The flat itself includes everything you would expect, including a freshly-fitted bathroom that is currently in the final stages of renovation.

We’re both young professionals aged between 28 and 39, and are looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate flatmate. We are not a party flat, and are fairly quiet, although we do enjoy chatting and bonding over the flat cat, Lio! Needless to say, being a cat-lover is essential.

In terms of rent, it will be £720 per month excluding bills, which usually come to approximately £100-£150 a month.

This is a Council Tax Band C property.
