Bright spacious room in Wood Green for women

Hi! We’re currently looking for a female flatmate for a 28th November contract start.

This lovely spacious room includes a double bed, a huge wardrobe, a mirror, and a bedside table. It’ll be a blank canvas, so feel free to personalise it as you like!

The room is part of a 3-bedroom flat that includes a living space with a comfy couch, a dining table, a kitchen equipped with a washer/dryer, and a freshly-fitted bathroom.

The flat also benefits from good transport links via both bus and the Tube. It is 10 minutes away from Wood Green Tube Station and around 15 minutes from Turnpike Lane. Via the Tube, it takes under half an hour to get into Central from both via the Piccadilly Line! There’s also countless bus stops up and down the high street with over a dozen different buses passing through all kinds of areas, so travel will never be a problem.

As well as being a short walk away from all your favourite high street shops, Wood Green has pubs, cinemas, cafes, and plenty of other things to do. We also have a Lidl, Morrisons, and Sainsbury’s within walking distance, so there’s a lot of choice when it comes to doing your groceries!

We’re both professionals aged between 28 and 39, and are looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate flatmate. We are not a party flat, although we do enjoy bonding over the flat cat, Lio! So, if you’re an animal-lover, you’ll fit right in.

In terms of rent, it will be £720 per month excluding bills, which come to approximately £100-£150 a month.
