0-5 minutes walk away
Description
Small double room available in quiet, artsy three person flat in Wood Green, minutes from both Wood Green underground station and Alexandra Palace mainline Station. Quiet safe area, surrounded by local amenities, including Wood Green High Street a five minute walk away, which is home to a large Morrisons, Primark, Nandos, two cinemas, Boots etc. A wonderful host of excellent cosy pubs and resteraunts, and brilliant bus links to Kings Cross and Trafalgar Square.
About us. Two current flatmates in their mid thirties, one a performer and teacher, the other a theatre director and teacher. A nice quiet household, with a lovely large kitchen/living room space.
Looking for someone in their late twenties or older, ideally not a student, someone who enjoys a peaceful home but doesn't mind the odd chat, and an interest in the arts would be a bonus!
Rent £670 per month, with roughly £100 of bills on top per month.
Room available on the 7th of December.
Room comes inclusive of 3 month old IKEA double bed and mattress, and two wardrobes.
