A cosy box room with a double bed will soon be available in an all-female house share in Woodside Park. This room is a bargain for the area :)

I am moving out to live with my partner after 2 happy years here. You would be sharing the house with three lovely ladies aged late 20s to 40s, who like the occasional chat.

Communal spaces include a living room, a recently updated kitchen, a garden, garage storage, and a downstairs spare room where we hang laundry and keep a mattress for guests. The house also has 2 toilets and an upstairs bathroom you will share with 2 others.

The rent is £665 per month which includes all bills, a TV license, toilet roll and house cleaning essentials. In my opinion the rent is cheap because the house hasn't been renovated since the 80s and as such isn't particularly aesthetic 😅

The room suits a quiet professional working outside the home as our heating is set on a morning and evening timer to keep energy costs down.

This house is strictly non smoking and dog free.

Transport is great as Woodside Park station on the Northern Line is 4 minutes away, and so is a bus that goes to North Finchley Memorial Hospital. Also, North Finchley high street is a 20 minute walk away where there is a large Sainsbury's amongst other shops and restaurants.

The move in date is flexible, either December 14th or Jan 14th (personally would prefer Jan as it gives me time to pack).

Applicants will need references and potentially a guarantor.

I believe when I moved in my deposit was only £100, but that may have changed. It is a rolling contract as the house is rented out as a whole, and is best for people who want to live here longer term. You will get all the furniture in the room, and you can pack it into the garage if you'd prefer to bring your own, provided there's space.
