Double room available in a 3 bedroom terrace house about 8 minutes walk from Woolwich Arsenal DLR Station. Large communal living room. A garden area. I am searching for a professional yet social housemate to suit a nice relaxed atmosphere. You would be moving into a house with one male , and one intersex individual who identifies as female, we are social but enjoy our own space, and would like to find someone who is also sociable but enjoys their own space.
The room itself is very spacious and we are in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. The garden is spacious, but needs a bit of work.
