Double room available in a 3 bedroom terrace house about 7 minutes walk from Woolwich Arsenal DLR. Large communal living room. A garden area. We are 2 professional housemates and are searching for someone else who is also a professional yet social to suit the nice relaxed atmosphere.
It has a sofa bed in the room hence why it is advertised as unfurnished. I feel the room needs a bit of tender loving care but as I am looking for the right person to fit in with two easy going individuals. I am open to doing a lower deposit for the room for the right individual.
