I am looking for two likeminded, easy going and friendly people to join me in sharing a recently renovated modern 3 bedroom end of terrace house on Shooters Hill, opposite Woolwich Common, excellently situated for Woolwich and the Elizabeth Line, Blackheath, Greenwich and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Just 12 minutes by bus to Woolwich Arsenal, Elizabeth Line and DLR. 15 minutes by bus to Greenwich Park and Blackheath.

House facilities include two parking spaces, temperature adjustable Kitchen Aid kettle and toaster, new dishwasher, oven, washer drier and Le Creuset cookware. Patio and garden. Quiet Neighbours and setting. A cleaner will attend twice a month.

Bedrooms have personal Philips Hue Toned/Colour Lighting and Dyson Air Purifier/fan. Fitted blackout Roman Blinds, Fired Earth Colours. Double ottoman bed with storage, firm pocket sprung mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

All bills included.

The Brook estate has a beautiful private park and Oxleas Woods, Severdroog Castle are situated very close by. Charlton Lido is 10 minutes walk for those fitness minded with swimming pool, gym, studio etc.

References are required, vegetarians and pescatarians preferred. Keys provided upon receipt of deposit. I do work from home so ideally looking for flatmates who spend the majority of time working away from the house.

Contract is Spareroom Standard of initial 3 months, then minimum 6 and preferably 12 month contract.
