Lovely Double Room Available

Hi there,

I have a double room in Woolwich (SE18) available from September 8th.

My current flatemate is moving for work. So looking for someone who would be interested in moving in.

It's in a really convenient area with easy access to:
- The Elizabeth line (less than 5 min walk)
- The DLR ( Less than 3 min walk)
- National Rail line (less than 3 min walk)
- Giant Tescos, Sainsbury, M&S, Lidl and Tesco experss (All Within a 5 minute walk)
- Plenty of fast-food restaurants, savers stores, pharmacies etc right around the corner
- Can easily get around with all the busses in the area.
- 15 minute bus ride will take you to the Charlton area where there are plenty of clothing stores (primemark, TKmaxx etc), grocery stores (Giant M&S, Giant Sainsbury), fastfood restaurants etc.

Rent is £950, while bills are around £230 (inc water, electricity, wifi, council tax, tv license). There is no deposit as we are on the Zero Deposit Scheme. You get your own large bathroom as the my room has an onsuite.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, stand, desk and chair, double door cupboard and 2 bed side tables.
The kitchen has all standard appliances.

A little about me. I moved to London from South Africa for work last year. I'm 27 and I love cooking, exploring London and I work in the accounting profession (Hybrid working). I'm ideally looking for someone who wants to become friends and do things together but also happy in their own space. Someone who is friendly and keeps the communal areas clean.
