I’m a working artist and currently studying Fine Art, my other flatmates are a couple who want to move in together - so looking for people of similar interests and age! Professional or mature students only.

We like to have friends over occasionally and cook group meals, not a party house (except birthdays obviously!) Keeping the house clean and tidy is super important!! Our food and cooking utensils are kept separately in the cupboards. The apartment is not particularly sound proof because it’s open plan so just respectful of noise late at night or when working. Like the house to be a good friendly atmosphere but also enjoy our quiet times :)

No dogs - Flatmates currently have a cat, but would have to let the landlord know if you have a pet :)
