Communal lounge, 25 ft kitchen and garden.
All bills included except gas and electricity which are capped i. e. partially covered. Allowances vary depending on season e. g. in winter months like December the cap/allowance is £300.
The tenancy enables the tenant to apply for a resident parking permit.
As landlords we live 10 minutes away and manage the houseshare directly. We take pride in providing happy, safe and peaceful homes for our tenants.
We welcome respectful, clean and tidy housemates. Priority will be given to housemates with good communication and social skills who share our belief that we are all different yet all equal.

Please note that due to overwhelming interest we prioritise messages from those with detailed profiles which help us decide if they are a right fit for the house. References, credit check, right to live/work in the UK and identity confirmation are part of the administration of the tenancy as is standard industry practice.
Viewings are preferred in the evenings or any time on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Please note that we need to give notice of viewings so we can’t accommodate last minute viewing requests.
